These weighted back plates will add 2oz or 2.3oz to your TX22 slide when installed. This helps resolve cycling issues due to the lighter weight of the slide. Please note, that not all slides (suppressed or not) will require this and you may have to change your recoil spring as well.
Recent feedback, as well as our own testing, is showing that the 2oz is not enough for the Competition/Skeletonized model TX22s. We recently release the 2.3oz specifically for the TORO models. We are still testing different combinations to help recommend additional resolutions for the Competition models.
2oz works on the Standard (non TORO and not Competition) Gen 1 or Gen 2 TX22. 2.3oz works on the TORO TX22. We are working on producing a weight specifically for the Competition TX22.
Made from stainless steel, these can be purchased in raw steel, black cerakote or a color of your choice. If opting for a color, please visit Cerakote.com and select an H Series color of your choice and then enter that color code in the box to the right.
You can also add on a Charging Handle for easier racking. Produced in Carbon Fiber PLA these will only be available in Black.
