Terms & Conditions All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm. It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL before purchase. ​ You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas. ​ Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money. If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Atlas Tactical Armory will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog. ​ For all firearms ordered through Atlas Tactical for in store pickup, we will reach out to you once your firearm has arrived. If we are unable to reach you via phone, text or email at all, with no attempt from the customer to return our messages or calls, after 45 days the firearm becomes the property of Atlas Tactical. Shipping Policy We use UPS to ship all firearms and do request that all Slides/Frames be shipped to us through UPS as well, as they provide the most reliable service in our area with reliable tracking. We use USPS to ship all non firearms/firearm related products. For returns, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking, and insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. We recommend using UPS for returns/exchanges. ​ ​ Returns/Exchanges Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery of product by customer Shipping is non-refundable. Items returned for refund will have shipping fees deducted from refund. A 15% Refinish/Restock Fee applies for returns and exchanges.  Return and Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Product must not have been installed, have scratches, wear or any apparent use upon return or exchange to receive full credit (must be in original factory condition). If item has been opened and installed, an additional 10% Open Box fee will be applied, bringing the total fees to 25%. If you feel there is an issue or you received the wrong part, please DO NOT install the part(s).  Please contact us by email at atlastacticalarmory@gmail.com to alert us of your request to return or exchange a product.  We will email you with return/exchange instructions. Upon valid return receipt of goods to Atlas Tactical Armory, we will inspect the item(s) and process the refund or exchange. Normal inspection period is 3 days. No refunds or exchanges on custom work or firearms. Please contact us immediately if there is a discrepancy. There are no refunds on custom work, ie. Cerakote Services, Machining Services, Stippling Services. Atlas Tactical reserve the right to request your project be sent back in (at our expense) if there is an issue with any of the work. Atlas Tactical does not certify any of our work for duty, self defense or carry. The client understands these terms at the time of purchase, and also understands that any modifications done to their firearm may void any factory warranties.  ​ ​ Giveaway Terms & Conditions​ Eligibility: You must be 21 years of age as of the date of entry. The winner will be subject to a Background Check prior to taking possession of the firearm. No purchase is  necessary to enter, free entries are available on our Facebook Page. The Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents 21 years and older, and is void where prohibited by law.
