Truthfully, it all comes down to a personal preference and what you want your firearm to run. Direct Mill Optic Cuts provide a more secure seating and Lower Height over Bore. There are additional posts to help secure and stabilize your Optic, and you are securing it directly to your slide instead of to a plate that is secured to your slide, reducing the potential points of failure. Our client brought us his Glock 19 Gen 5 for an Optic Cut, Window Cut and Multi-layer Camo Cerakote.
